Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Industrial company in Sahab is looking for an ambitious HR & Admin Manager to oversee, develop and strengthen all HR & Admin functions in order to provide efficient and effective HR and Administration support, with special focus on effective recruitment, staff development and training.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Implement \/ maintain \/ update proper company policies and procedures, and providing HR solutions.<\/li>\n
• Improve the quality of performance management conducted by the line managers<\/li>\n
• Create recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labour laws.<\/li>\n
• Manage and monitor internal HR systems and databases.<\/li>\n
• Manage on boarding, orientation and training for new employees.<\/li>\n
• Handle of matters related to Gov. rules and regulations.<\/li>\n
• Maintain effective employee relations.<\/li>\n
• Take responsibility for tasks and projects relating to HR activities.<\/li>\n
• Provide direction, guidance and support to HR & Admin staffs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Job Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Human Resources & Admin Manager.<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR Management or relevant field.<\/li>\n
  • Managerial skills.<\/li>\n
  • Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases<\/li>\n
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
