We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our Capital Markets Company in Dubai.
Client Details
The successful candidate will have a strong background in drafting, M&A, transactions, and capital markets work. The candidate should also possess a deep knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, as well as the ability to draft in Arabic.
Description
Assist the General Counsel with drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.Conduct research on various legal topics, including regulatory matters, capital markets, and M&A transactions.Manage and organize legal files and documents.Provide support for transactional and capital markets work, including due diligence, document review, and other related tasks.Attend meetings with clients and participate in conference calls as required.Provide administrative support for the legal team, including scheduling, file organization, and other related tasks.
Profile
Must be a law graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role in the UAE.Fluent in Arabic with the ability to draft legal documents in Arabic.Strong drafting skills and knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.Experience in capital markets is a plus, but not necessary.
