\n Consultancy objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n	\n The Cash for Protection on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Consultant will be responsible for providing technical assistance to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of cash-based interventions to protect survivors of gender-based violence in the target areas. The Consultant will provide support in designing and implementing cash-based protection activities, as well as in developing strategies to ensure that GBV survivors have access to adequate support.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\n Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n	\n \n Provide technical guidance on the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of cash-based protection activities.<\/li>\n Develop training modules related to cash for protection on GBV<\/li>\n Lead the capacity building of the local actors related to gender responsive and protection of the cash delivery system on GBV for local actors.<\/li>\n To guide the beneficiaries selection process<\/li>\n Monitor the cash delivery process and monitoring the impacts, according to the planning document and quality standards<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n<\/td>\n	\n \n Adapt the training modules related to cash for protection on GBV from other resources\/organisations (Cluster system, etc.) to create AAAR-APS modules consistent with the AA-APS approach.<\/li>\n Review the existing tools for CFP with the team (identification\/selection, implementation and post monitoring).<\/li>\n Provide capacity-building training to local actors to increase their capacity to be gender-responsive and ensure the protection in the cash delivery system.<\/li>\n Establish the procedures, planning and criteria for the selection of beneficiaries.<\/li>\n Elaborate the cash protection programme document<\/li>\n Support the post-monitoring (PDM) process and elaborate the report of the results of PDM.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n	\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
