Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n The Electric vehicle maintenance trainer will provide support to the project team to achieve the following objectives.<\/p>\n 1. Assess in the development and delivery of a comprehensive electric vehicle maintenance training curriculum.<\/p>\n 2. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to engage and motivate students, including lectures, hands-on labs, interactive activities, and simulations.<\/p>\n 3. Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback, support, and guidance to ensure student success and achievement.<\/p>\n 4. Monitor and maintain a safe, organized, and clean learning environment, including ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and policies.<\/p>\n 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trainee progress and communicate this information to center staff as needed, in order to ensure that the training program is meeting its objectives and to identify any necessary adjustments or improvements<\/p>\n 6. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in welding technology by conducting research, attending professional development workshops and conferences, and collaborating with industry professionals.<\/p>\n 7. Provide mentorship and support to students, including advising on career pathways and post-graduation opportunities.<\/p>\n 8. Maintain and manage equipment and materials used in the program, including inventory, maintenance, and repairs.<\/p>\n 9. Participate in program evaluation and assessment activities, including analyzing program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance program effectiveness and impact.<\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n The Perfect candidate has to fulfill the following criteria:<\/p>\n \u25cf Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical\/mechanical engineering or related field.<\/p>\n l Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in teaching electric vehicle maintenance and repair, Vocational training experience.<\/p>\n \u25cf Experience with similar assignments.<\/p>\n \u25cf Able to take a collaborative approach as he she will work closely with project staff, partner staff, and other stakeholders throughout this assignment.<\/p>\n \u25cf Excellent communication and reports writing skills.<\/p>\n \u25cf Holds a ToT (Training of trainers) certificate.<\/p>\n \u25cf Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities<\/p>\n \u25cf Extensive knowledge of electric vehicle systems, including battery management, power electronics, electric motors, charging infrastructure, and related software and diagnostic tools.<\/p>\n \u25cf understanding of the systems and initiatives for vocational education and training.<\/p>\n \u25cf Fluency in English language, including strong reading, writing, and speaking skills, is a must for this position.<\/p>\n \u25cf Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.<\/p>\n \u25cf The Candidate must be residing in Aqaba-Jordan.<\/p>\n Place of the assignment<\/p>\n The assignment will be carried out at the Aqaba governorate.<\/p>\n Time frame<\/p>\n This is a full-time position with a contract duration of 12 months.<\/p>\n
