• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.<\/li>\n
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and referral sources.<\/li>\n
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.<\/li>\n
• Answer questions about the existing customers queries on their existing case\/services by always keeping full update from legal consultants, paralegal and salesforce<\/li>\n
• Sending approved proposals to customer and following the same<\/li>\n
• Co-ordination for LSA preparation and getting it signed by both parties<\/li>\n
• Co-Ordination to Invite existing and old clients for the events organized by HL&A<\/li>\n
• Participate in networking events and other marketing activities to promote the law firm's services. Maintain accurate records of sales and client activity in the CRM system.<\/li>\n
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.<\/li>\n

  • 3+ years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.<\/li>\n
  • Having very good network in UAE especially in Dubai<\/li>\n
  • Having Experience in any of the below industries is added – Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Construction, or any other depending on the sales & marketing skills<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in using CRM and other sales tools.<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.<\/li>\n
  • Organized with impeccable attention to detail.<\/li>\n
  • Currently based in the UAE.<\/li>\n
