• Design, cut, and permanently join metal parts together through the application of appropriate welding techniques<\/li>\n
• Work with a range of materials and equipment in fitting and assembling metal components to form structures<\/li>\n
• Read blueprints and drawings to identify welding measurements and position<\/li>\n
• Operate all types of grinding machines, skill in the assembly of tools & welding equipment<\/li>\n
• Understand WPS, the process of welding & identify welding consumables as per project requirements.<\/li>\n
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions – vertical, horizontal or overhead<\/li>\n
• Understand and fulfill the weld repairs if applicable<\/li>\n
• To follow company procedures for the storage and handling of welding consumables<\/li>\n
• Maintain welding equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety<\/li>\n
• Follow work instructions and safety precautions while doing the job<\/li>\n
• To be able to know company products <\/li>\n
• To be able to work with minimum supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Proficiency with welding machines and tools using and fixing<\/li>\n
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints<\/li>\n
  • Welding skills (MiG – GMAW, Tig – GTAW, Stick – SMAW, FCAW, EBW, AHW, Plasma Arc Welding)<\/li>\n
