KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS<\/p>\n

1. Ensure that all SHEQ responsibilities are conducted in accordance with ISO standards, of the company Solutions and Customer\u2019s standards and procedures:<\/strong>
\uf0d8 Ensure that all safety and health requirements are in line with Standard Operating Procedure as displayed in various areas and company Solutions Way of Working (WoW).
\uf0d8 Schedule and drive weekly departmental safety talks.
\uf0d8 Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections.
\uf0d8 Prepare monthly safety reports and submit to the manager for safety meetings.
\uf0d8 In conjunction with the Operations Manager chair Safety Meetings and compile minutes for these meetings.
\uf0d8 Ensure all legal appointments are up to date and communicated.
\uf0d8 Assist with and coordinate emergency plan including evacuation and fire drills.
\uf0d8 Conduct and assist all interested parties with the completion of accident\/incident investigations.
\uf0d8 Conduct safety induction as well as other safety awareness training with new recruitments and existing staff.
\uf0d8 Assist with the facilitation and implementation of worker training in such areas such as safety regulations, hazardous condition monitoring and use of safety equipment.
\uf0d8 Conduct Spill training with all employees.
\uf0d8 Review and assist with SHEQ related training needs including internal and external SHEQ training.
\uf0d8 Perform periodic internal SHEQ audits of all departments.
\uf0d8 Manage and control PPE supplies from suppliers and to employees.
\uf0d8 Conduct Risk assessments, inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify potential hazards and to esure safety regulation compliance.
\uf0d8 Ensure Risk assessments are communicated to all levels within the company, including contractors and visitors.
\uf0d8 Follow up on and coordinate maintenance to be done on site.
&#x F0D8; Inspect first aid boxes at all sites and assist as a First Aid assistant.
\uf0d8 Control environmental management.
\uf0d8 Plan and follow up on non-conformances and near misses raised and ensure effective preventative measures are implemented.
\uf0d8 Conduct departmental ISO Internal audits.
\uf0d8 Ensure IOD Reports are compiled and submitted to Operations Manager, SHEQ Manager and Management team.
\uf0d8 Follow up on IOD\u2019S.
\uf0d8 Compile monthly SHEQ KPI\u2019s reports.
\uf0d8 Work closely with Supervisor on damages.
\uf0d8 Ensure all safety file including contractors is updated monthly.<\/p>\n

2. Ensure that all Environmental responsibilities are conducted in accordance with Environmental Legislation, ISO14001:2015, company Solutions and the customer\u2019s standards.<\/strong>
\uf0d8 Ensure the company\u2019s Environmental Management System is in line with ISO14001:2015 standards across all departments.<\/p>\n

3. Ensure that all Quality responsibilities are conducted in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, company Solutions and the customer\u2019s standards.<\/strong>
\uf0d8 Ensure the company\u2019s Quality Management System is in line with ISO9001:2015 standards across all sites.
\uf0d8 Maintain the company quality management system.
\uf0d8 Conduct departmental ISO 9001:2015 Internal quality audits as per the audit schedule.
\uf0d8 Compile reports for company Solutions obey in conjunction with Managers.
\uf0d8 Compile monthly Quality KPI reports.<\/p>\n
