We are looking for a BHS Officer to join the Airport International Group – Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in mechatronics engineering or equivalent
2. Good knowledge of electrical control and protective system fundamentals, maintenance methods and electrical panel troubleshooting
3. Good knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI
4. Good knowledge of and experience in hydraulic and pneumatic control system maintenance
5. Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical drawings
6. Proficiency in using measurement devices (multimeter, megger, flowmeter, pressure, etc.)
7. Proficiency in PLC maintenance and troubleshooting
8. Good command of both English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
9. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
10. Training courses in function scope are a plus
Job Purpose: Operate and apply preventive and corrective maintenance for the systems and utilities mentioned under the job function, while maintaining them in optimal condition and ensuring their smooth operation.
Principal Accountabilities:
\u00b7 Operate the systems (mentioned under the terminal department direct activity scope) as required under the maintenance manual terminal department scope
\u00b7 Implement the maintenance program – including preventive and corrective maintenance, regular inspections, new installations and other related activities – in accordance with company processes and relevant procedures and regulations
\u00b7 Generate work orders; follow up on work implementation; and fill and complete work orders via the CMMS
\u00b7 Follow up on staff attendance and performance
\u00b7 Report regularly to the direct supervisor regarding the job scope – including degradation in the efficiency of any system or utility and other parties' irregularities
\u00b7 Supervise, guide and train related staff within the division
\u00b7 Assist in monitoring work performed by external contractors
\u00b7 Report materials needed for maintenance and assist in purchase requisition preparation and follow-up
\u00b7 Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook
\u00b7 Execute all environmental and occupational health and safety standards and approved procedures
\u00b7 Execute departmental logistics issues – including machineries and vehicles – as per defined instructions to accomplish work tasks
\u00b7 Execute any other tasks relating to the nature of the work as assigned by management
