    1. Establish and activate digital products department<\/li>\n
    2. Launch work license portal<\/li>\n
    3. Develop Nosoq<\/strong> platform and improve user experience (Utility companies)<\/li>\n
    4. Activate and develop Audit and Compliance Representatives track<\/li>\n
    5. Establish City Monitor Center<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       Basic Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

       1. Support the development and handover of strategic projects<\/li>\n
       2. Conduct researches, plans and reports regarding high priority strategic initiatives<\/li>\n
       3. Coordination with concerned stakeholders to deal with planning and handover efforts.<\/li>\n
       4. Provide inputs for statistical, financial and operational reports and studies<\/li>\n
       5. Support the development of customer journeys to influence and grab interest among key customer segments.<\/li>\n
       6. Escalate problems, to be aware of the developments in the field and to measure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
       7. Comply with instructions, advice and guidance on strategic initiatives to achieve the deputyship goals and act independently.<\/li>\n
       8. Identify and escalate new or emerging issues or issues affecting initiatives with the department.<\/li>\n
       9. Prepare project deliverables\/ strategic initiatives<\/li>\n
       10. Participation in operations planning and development<\/li>\n
       11. Support the development of digital products.<\/li>\n
       12. Support implementation of technology products, policies, procedures, and operations.<\/li>\n
       13. Submit reports on digital products performance against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis.<\/li>\n
       14. Propose improvements and efficiencies in line with initiatives and KPIs.<\/li>\n
       15. Liaise with stakeholders from third parties to follow up on required accomplishments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
