• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, and ensure that they have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience<\/li>\n
• Manage reservations, including taking and confirming bookings, updating reservation logs, and communicating with guests to confirm details <\/li>\n
• Work closely with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure that guests are provided with prompt and attentive service<\/li>\n
• Assist with a range of other restaurant operations, such as answering phones, taking orders, handling payments, and preparing bills<\/li>\n
• Communicate with servers to let them know when guests have been seated, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
