Our client maintains a reputation since the year 1980 of being one of the most popular distribution, retail and production of beverages and food organizations in Bahrain.
They are currently looking for a Retail Operations Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• To manage all beverages areas within the retail operation, in line with the retail strategy<\/li>\n
• To work with the Head of Retail to oversee the setup, breakdown, equipment and general logistics for the retail<\/li>\n
• To manage the execution of the Retail Operations on all race days<\/li>\n
• To ensure the safe working practices are maintained within the Retail Operation<\/li>\n
• Ensure appropriate records are completed and retained for audit purposes<\/li>\n
• To be responsible for the labour spend within the Retail Operation, including planning, forecast and review<\/li>\n
• To support the Head of Retail with financial information required to run the overall Retail account<\/li>\n
• Manage and implement retail capital projects, overseeing the planning and execution stages of new on-site projects, along with the continued management once projects are fully operational<\/li>\n
• Deliver against any agreed KPI's for the retail accounts<\/li>\n
• Support the Retail Operations Manager: Beverage to ensure consistent delivery of service for all racedays and key events<\/li>\n
• Coaching, training and development of the retail casual teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Relevant Experience in similar role<\/li>\n
  • Previous experience in Management<\/li>\n
  • Good standard of numerical skills<\/li>\n
  • The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly<\/li>\n
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
