What you will be doing<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Gather the required information necessary to triage and troubleshoot issues and questions<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Resolving the issues through phone, Zoom, and email communication channels<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within L1, L2, L3, and Critical Case teams<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Extensively research and document customer technical issues<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Partner with Technical Support team members on various strategic projects when needed<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and\/or availability<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Monitor customer health and application alerts<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Assist with customer upgrades<\/p>\n

• Ability to empathize with the customer and convey confidence<\/li>\n
• Excellent Customer Service skills<\/li>\n
• Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts<\/li>\n
• Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills<\/li>\n
• Strong attention to detail when communicating with customers (verbal & written)<\/li>\n
• Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science Engineering (or related technical discipline)<\/li>\n
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in L1 technical customer support (voice and email), with a strong customer interaction experience<\/li>\n
• Good debugging skills<\/li>\n
• Willing to work in a 24×7 environment and provide weekend coverage, if needed<\/li>\n
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Required Skills<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Familiarity with Linux<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of basic computer networking<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of basic shell scripting (bash and python preferred)<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of storage concepts, distributed file systems preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Desired Skills<\/p>\n

    • Experience with Salesforce case management <\/li>\n
    • Experience with distributed systems, NoSQL DB, storage systems knowledge<\/li>\n
    • Experience with DevOps in a storage environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
