Responsible for the smooth functioning of the platform \/ application and ensure its effectiveness and <\/p>\n

\u2022 Designs and maintains all operational processes according operation policies. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Manages all daily operational activity to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.<\/p>\n

tuning and alerting emergency resources when a problem occurs.<\/p>\n

\u2022 User provisioning \u2013 Creation and authorization of user profiles on platform \/ application. Also includes <\/p>\n

changes to user profiles and the procedure for deleting old user profiles<\/p>\n

\u2022 Administers and monitors daily, weekly and monthly platform \/ application and determines availability <\/p>\n

of platform \/ application. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepares reports and ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for <\/p>\n

customers. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Assists technical staff to check and ensures resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitors all communication for each customer to assess operations within timeframe. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Administers and provides upgrade to systems and escalate issues. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Evaluates all balancing functions as required by IT departments and other functional areas.<\/p>\n
