Job Description – Head of HSE – Compression Complex
Job Purpose
Responsible for implementing the QG project health & safety (HSE) management program and ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor's HSE management system, on EPC-2 Compression Complexes project.

• Analyse data effectively and decide on which information is relevant to Project<\/li>\n
• Communication and influencing of various organizations acting globally in a multi-cultural environment.<\/li>\n
• Manages the resolution of problems in more demanding and less familiar situations using precedent and own acquired knowledge.<\/li>\n
• Has high visibility to Project Management Team and EPC Contractor. Recognizes that errors have significant impact on external parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Person Specification – Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n

  \n
  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 12 years broad experience in execution of major oil & gas projects, including at least 8 years involvement in the construction of major offshore production facilities.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a supervisory capacity of health & safety management<\/li>\n
  • Minimum five years experience working with Asian fabrication yards or Qatar offshore construction projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
