Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Consideration and analysis of Project issues related to the transportation of Project products and the provision of the Project with a fleet of LNG and LPG gas carriers.<\/li>\n
• Provision of independent analysis, monitoring, consulting services and provision of and a report on the structure of providing the Project with marine vessels for the transportation of LNG and LPG.<\/li>\n
• Development and analysis of scenarios for providing the Project with a fleet, including with an ice class, in particular, a long-term time charter with a shipowner who orders the construction of the required number of vessels for the Project, the construction of its own fleet of vessels, transshipment of LNG "board-to-board", purchase\/freight from market vessels, modernization of vessels to ice-class vessels, a combined scenario for providing the Project with a fleet of ships for the transportation of LNG and LPG.<\/li>\n
• Analysis of the order book and the date of commissioning of new construction vessels for the transportation of LNG and LPG.<\/li>\n
• Analysis of the cost of construction of LNG gas carriers and vessels for the Project.<\/li>\n
• Analysis of vessels offered for sale, including speculatively ordered vessels.<\/li>\n
• Analysis of ships leaving and time charter and potentially available for use on the Project.<\/li>\n
• Assessment of fleet availability in the spot freight market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
