JOB PURPOSE<\/h2>\n

Contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des activit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre de la strat\u00e9gie de digitalisation des processus d\u2019assistance des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires.
Participera \u00e0 travers un appui technique d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux activit\u00e9s de transferts mon\u00e9taires. Le staff sera le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent technique pour le personnel du PAM, les partenaire de mise en \u0153uvre et les partenaires financiers dans l\u2019utilisation de SCOPE, l\u2019application Web du PAM utilis\u00e9e pour l'enregistrement des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, la mise en place des interventions, la planification de la distribution, les transferts et les rapports de distribution<\/p>\n

Education : Un dipl\u00f4me universitaire en informatique<\/p>\n

Exp\u00e9rience:5 ans d'exp\u00e9rience de travail dans les domaines suivants :

\u2022 Gestion de base de donn\u00e9es
\u2022 R\u00e9seau et Syst\u00e8me Windows (TCP\/IP, Commutation et Routage IP, Windows Server, 10 Professionnel)<\/p>\n

Avoir une Exp\u00e9rience en analyse des donn\u00e9es
Avoir des connaissances sur les outils d\u2019analyse : tableau, PowerBI, Pivot chart de Excel
Connaissance avanc\u00e9e des outils Microsoft Office 365<\/p>\n

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITIES<\/h2>\n

Sous la supervision du Business Transformation Officer ou du IT Solutions Associate du bureau terrain, l'assistant IT\/SCOPE sera responsable des taches suivantes :
\u2022 Remplir les fonctions traitement de donn\u00e9es (croisements, v\u00e9rification, validation, nettoyage)
\u2022 Veiller \u00e0 l'exactitude et \u00e0 l'uniformit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et leur alignement avec les standards du PAM.
\u2022 Suivre les proc\u00e9dures op\u00e9ratoires normalis\u00e9es Gestion de l'information sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires
\u2022 Fournir un appui technique aux d\u00e9taillants, aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires et au programme du PAM pendant les distributions
\u2022 Tester et d\u00e9ployer de nouveaux logiciels\/mat\u00e9riels pour soutenir les activit\u00e9s des CBT.
\u2022 Assurer un suivi r\u00e9gulier et l\u2019ex\u00e9cution en temps opportun des demandes de support \u00e0 travers la plateforme ITSM du PAM EasyVista.
\u2022 Appuyer le bureau central dans la gestion et suivi des tickets sur EasyVista (Incidents techniques, demande de service, formation etc\u2026)
\u2022 Appuyer le niveau central dans la production de rapports d\u2019analyse des activit\u00e9s de support du d\u00e9partement en charge de la gestion des donn\u00e9es.
\u2022 Assurer la r\u00e9alisation des activit\u00e9s de tests virtuels \u00e0 travers la plateforme TRN de SCOPE.
\u2022 Assurer l\u2019inventaire, le suivi et l\u2019entretien des \u00e9quipements techniques mis \u00e0 disposition pour les activit\u00e9s SCOPE y compris le laboratoire technique.
