Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.<\/p>\nPrepares all requirements needed to create the financial statements (annual budget), including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.<\/p>\nManage payroll and benefits administration.<\/p>\nPrepare and file tax returns.<\/p>\nPrepares and enters accounting documents and information, by approved accounting standards. This includes performing monthly bank reconciliations and ensuring accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system.<\/p>\nHand over the monthly trial balance and statement of profits and losses.<\/p>\nReceive and verify invoices, and record them in the company financial system.<\/p>\nAssist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.<\/p>\nEnsure compliance with accounting principles and standards.<\/p>\nAnalyze financial data and create reports for management.<\/p>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or a related field.<\/p>\nProven +2 years of experience in accounting within the context of startup companies.<\/p>\nFamiliarity with accounting software, like Xero.<\/p>\nCPA or CMA certification preferred.<\/p>\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.<\/p>\nExperience in HR preferred.<\/p>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.<\/p>\nDetail-oriented and highly organized.<\/p>\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.<\/p>\nAbility to multitask and manage time effectively.<\/p>\n
