Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept, talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Training Specialist to join talabat's fast-growing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player – comfortable working as a leader, supporting a team, and working closely with the Vendor Operations team to drive strategic initiatives forward across the region.
What's On Your Plate<\/p>\n

\n
• Oversee talabat training programs for partners, concepts, and kitchens via web-based, manuals, group sessions, training videos, gamified training, and how-to guides.<\/li>\n
• Modify or create new training programs\/manuals, reducing the need for heavy on the ground manpower.<\/li>\n
• Constantly review training methods and results for improvements.<\/li>\n
• Schedule and run training sessions of new content with country PIC<\/li>\n
• Ensure concept launches on time<\/li>\n
• Work with Graphic content developer on Virtual training tools, maximizing the output of content through modules delivered via talabat and 3rd party portals.<\/li>\n
• Identify learning issues and adapt training methods to ensure high level of execution.<\/li>\n
• Create monthly updates on associated KPI's<\/li>\n
• Experience in F&B chains, retail, or franchised networks will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What Did We Order<\/p>\n

  • 1+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, designing training programs and workshops<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of various training and teaching methods<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in MS Office\/Google tools and database software<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Training, HR or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
