3. Analyzing the requirements and procuring assets with suitable specifications in response to requests made.<\/li>\n
4. Setup, and provision of Business systems for users.<\/li>\n
5. Maintenance and up-gradation of assets to isolate issues with performance and to ensure its longevity<\/li>\n
6. Training users to identify and troubleshoot minor issues.<\/li>\n
7. Educating users with software fundamentals to simplify work and increase productivity<\/li>\n
8. Utilizing the information on the Internet and technical manuals to provide workable solutions for problems encountered.<\/li>\n
9. Expanding the range of internet connectivity by providing and implementing network devices and assisting end-users in achieving a successful connection<\/li>\n
10. Ensuring that the data backup was carried out and that all the information is safe and secure<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
