• Oversee the fabrication and installation of steel structures, including reviewing plans, drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with other team members, including designers, fabricators and installers, to develop project plans and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.<\/li>\n
• Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the required standard.<\/li>\n
• Conduct site inspections and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.<\/li>\n
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all work is completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.<\/li>\n
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including identifying and managing any potential hazards or risks.<\/li>\n
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the work completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications and experience<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience in steel structure fabrication and installation, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and schedules, and to identify and manage risks.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to identify and manage potential hazards.<\/li>\n
