Candidates must possess the following qualifications:<\/p>\n 1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architectural Engineering<\/p>\n 2. Minimum of five years of experience in engineering works (mainly architectural relating to structural, electrical and mechanical works)<\/p>\n 3. Knowledge of the regulatory framework for individuals with disabilities and for large buildings hosting public regulations and construction codes<\/p>\n 4. Effective use of several architectural software (i.e. AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumen)<\/p>\n 5. Very good command of the English and Arabic languages<\/p>\n 6. Very good Microsoft Office and general computer skills<\/p>\n PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/p>\n 1. Review, develop and present concept designs for projects requested by company departments<\/p>\n 2. Prepare and review detailed design, technical specification, handbook and guideline documents<\/p>\n 3. Respond to official correspondence and issue official letters to multiple parties<\/p>\n 4. Coordinate the As-Built drawings management and updates for the company<\/p>\n 5. Review and coordinate architectural drawings and designs with consultants and contractors<\/p>\n 6. Supervise construction works, while ensuring compliance with regulations and design specifications<\/p>\n 7. Conduct regular site visits and attend progress meetings to monitor work progress<\/p>\n 8.
