\u2022 participate in the negotiation of contract modifications and financial claims for the main contract and subcontracts \/ suppliers, review and validate the commercial and contractual merits.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure that standardized contracts and commercial processes \/ controls \/ reports are applied throughout the Project. \u2022 Ensure comprehensive guidance, continuous and cross-functional daily communication, and support to the business on all compliance-related matters, local and corporate procedures, internal controls requirements.<\/p>\n

Skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 Subject matter expertise in operational risk and controls; working knowledge of relevant regulations and standard industry processes. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Relevant work experience in Cost, planning, Quantity Survey, Procurement and Engineering areas is a Plus<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong control-focus with a broad understanding of the risk and control frameworks. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent leadership abilities including the ability to drive innovation and change in a constantly evolving environment. <\/p>\n
