We are looking for an Architect to join the Airport International Group \u2013 Queen Alia International Airport team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architectural Engineering
2. Minimum of five years of experience in engineering works (mainly architectural relating to structural, electrical and mechanical works)
3. Knowledge of the regulatory framework for individuals with disabilities and for large buildings hosting public regulations and construction codes
4. Effective use of several architectural software (i.e. AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumen)
5. Very good command of the English and Arabic languages
6. Very good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Review, develop and present concept designs for projects requested by company departments
2. Prepare and review detailed design, technical specification, handbook and guideline documents
3. Respond to official correspondence and issue official letters to multiple parties
4. Coordinate the As-Built drawings management and updates for the company
5. Review and coordinate architectural drawings and designs with consultants and contractors
6. Supervise construction works, while ensuring compliance with regulations and design specifications
7. Conduct regular site visits and attend progress meetings to monitor work progress
8. Calculate relevant quantities for issuing Bills of Quantities and Variation Orders
