• Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online databases and websites.<\/li>\n
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.<\/li>\n
• Track, maintain, and report internal system hardware issues.<\/li>\n
• Updating hardware required for the maintenance of servers and the network<\/li>\n
• Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity.<\/li>\n
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory and DNS for Active Directory, as well as skills necessary for Group Policy and Active Directory Security solutions.<\/li>\n
• Ensure employee, server, and archives data backup<\/li>\n
• Supporting employees with any hardware\/software issues.<\/li>\n
• Perform systematic network diagnostics tests.<\/li>\n
• Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printers, Windows servers, and applications<\/li>\n
• Maintain, upgrade and improve network security, speed, and availability.<\/li>\n
• Ensure updated ticketing systems.<\/li>\n
• Ensure updated CRM systems.<\/li>\n
• Provide systematic reports with suggested researched solutions.<\/li>\n
• Upgrade clients\u2019 software to be up-to-date.<\/li>\n
