Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

The responsibilities of the Trainer include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

\n
• Delivering consistently high-quality lectures, both in a live classroom environment as well as online (recorded sessions)<\/li>\n
• Suggesting and designing new courses that are appropriate for the market<\/li>\n
• Developing or manage development of course content (slides, questions, case studies, etc.) for the various courses<\/li>\n
• Other responsibilities include:<\/li>\n
• Liaise with the operations team on the scheduling of the course<\/li>\n
• Assist the sales and marketing team when required<\/li>\n
• Writing the content for all the marketing collateral needed to launch the course e.g. website, emailers, brochures etc.<\/li>\n
• Marketing of courses by preparing and delivering presentations to potential corporate clients<\/li>\n
• Counselling students before they join any course<\/li>\n
• Mentoring students during the course<\/li>\n
• Remaining always current in his\/her discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • At least 3-5 years\u2019 full-time work experience<\/li>\n
      • At least 2 years\u2019 recent experience of part-time or full-time experience teaching any Professional qualification or other finance\/accounting courses in a live classroom environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
