A leading Facilities Management company based in Jordan is currently looking for hiring a talented Housekeeping Manager, responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Main Assignment<\/p>\n

\u00b7 To deliver a consistent level of service across site soft services, within the Company\u2019s standards, to the contract specification and agreed KPI performance, qualitative and financial targets.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Maintaining client and customer retention and satisfaction<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Oversee day to day running of Site in respect of Cleaning, landscape & Contract Procurement.<\/p>\n

Business Development<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Evaluate ideas for additional scope of work and additional opportunities for services and recommend to the client as appropriate<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Provide innovations and comparisons to market trends and forecast, advise clients accordingly.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Continued improvement across all aspects of service through innovation and efficiencies<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Full delivery and execution of Contract Road Map.<\/p>\n

Contract Management<\/p>\n

\u2022 Understanding of the importance to managing a site and the services provided including the ability to calculate the rewards and penalties of meeting\/not meeting KPIs.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure contract is being delivered in a cost-effective way for the client.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for departmental budgets in line with company baseline parameters<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proactively manage quality of service and introduce innovations in line with market trends and initiatives.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

\u2022 An ideal candidate must hold a degree in hospitality or any related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory (5 years as a manager).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Must possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.<\/p>\n
