  Overview:<\/strong> IBTCI seeks an experienced Dashboard and Visualization Specialist to support the Yemen Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Project (YMELP), a USAID third-party monitoring (TPM) and verification contract based in Amman, Jordan. This contract aims to monitor USAID humanitarian assistance and verify and provide independent confirmation of humanitarian aid programs in Yemen.<\/p>\n

  Responsibilities<\/p>\n

  Scope of Work: <\/strong><\/p>\n

  Develop a dashboard and promoting the visualization option for YMELP reporting:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Liaise with the Data Management Officer to design a dashboard for the data collected by YMELP.<\/li>\n
  • Design options for data visualization as per the project needs for regular reporting and presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Serve in the above consultant capacity to support the IBTCI technical practices of Crisis, Conflict & Governance, Agriculture & Food Security & Economic, Education & Growth and Global Health and\/or Business Development divisions.<\/p>\n

    • This position does not authorize\/require the consultant to directly communicate with IBTCI clients.<\/li>\n
    • This position does not authorize\/require the consultant to have decision making authority on final work product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/p>\n

      Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer sciences or relevant fields<\/li>\n
      • Proven experience in developing dashboards and data visualization.<\/li>\n
      • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management or relevant topics.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent command of English and Arabic is necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Education: <\/strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer sciences or relevant fields.<\/p>\n

        Preferred<\/strong> Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Proven experience in developing dashboards and data management.<\/li>\n
        • Proven experience in the visualization of data.<\/li>\n
        • Expert level in utilizing Power BI or equivalent applications.<\/li>\n
        • Proven experience in using applications for developing maps concerning data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
