Job Description<\/h2>\n

• Review tender documents to evaluate the scope of the project and provide recommendations to the direct manager accordingly.<\/li>\n
• Manage associated cost preparation, breakdown responsibilities<\/li>\n
• Develop the technical skills of the Tenders & estimation team<\/li>\n
• Timely management of tender activities<\/li>\n
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals.<\/li>\n
• Attend clarification meetings with the Client when required.<\/li>\n
• Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines <\/li>\n
• Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order<\/li>\n
• Study the project\u2019s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, and review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.<\/li>\n
• Prepare comparative analysis documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Job Requirements<\/h2>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil\/Arch engineering<\/li>\n
  • 5-7 years of experience in a tendering and estimation position<\/li>\n
  • Alexandria residence<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
  • Previous working experience in Saudi Arabia\u2019s market is preferable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
