Position: Hackerspace \/Location Manager <\/p>\n

Locations: Cairo (Downtown, 6th october, Heliopolis, new cairo, Maadi)<\/p>\n

Availability: Full-Time<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/p>\n

\n
• Ensure a great learning experience for all students<\/li>\n
• Run the day to day operations of the hackerspace smoothly and effectively<\/li>\n
• Manage student and the instructor onboarding processes.<\/li>\n
• Provide post-sales technical support for new customers.<\/li>\n
• Create a supportive environment for learning, creativity, and creation.<\/li>\n
• Manage the hackerspace capacity by coordinating with the sales and operations team<\/li>\n
• Elicit feedback from students and instructors to ensure improvement in overall experience<\/li>\n
• Serve members through instruction, providing clear processes and clean and safe work environments.<\/li>\n
• Work with Marketing to organise events such as workshops, info sessions, demo days, job fairs etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Must Haves<\/p>\n

  The Hackerspace Manager should be:<\/p>\n

  • Proactive<\/li>\n
  • An Excellent Communicator<\/li>\n
  • A Community Builder<\/li>\n
  • Aware that he or she is the only one who represents the students and instructors at the same time. Able to organize own work effectively and to establish priorities.<\/li>\n
  • Able to work well as part of a team and independently.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively track many projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n
  • Able to establish priorities for assignments when faced with heavy workload and deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required education and experience<\/p>\n

    • You have gained 1-3 years work experience in an operations or project management role, customer experience or customer satisfaction<\/li>\n
    • Understands well startups culture <\/li>\n
    • You have a university degree from a reputable school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
