• A degree in business, management, economics \/ or related fields<\/li>\n
• Experience of 2 \u2013 3 years in Freight Forwarding \/ Shipping Sales with proven track records\/<\/strong> 1-2 years<\/li>\n
• Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers<\/li>\n
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships<\/li>\n
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction<\/li>\n
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (THE MOST IMPORTANT)<\/li>\n
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule<\/li>\n
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments<\/li>\n
• Analyze the territory\/market\u2019s potential, track sales and status reports<\/li>\n
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<\/li>\n
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends<\/li>\n
• Continuously improve through feedback<\/li>\n
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility<\/li>\n
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers<\/li>\n
• Excellent Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and database software.<\/li>\n
