GhaseelCom – Jordan is looking for a Marketing and Customer Support Manager<\/strong> to be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for a diverse range of products to support our growth strategy while managing a small team of customer support professionals.
Experience & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u2022 Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales, and ideally with some experience in customer support.
\u2022 Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, and action plans.
\u2022 Develop a profitable strategy, and support key business objectives and growth.
\u2022 Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
\u2022 Studying market trends, and preparing sales forecasts.
\u2022 Generating new business leads and driving sales from the online channels.
\u2022 Increasing brand awareness and market share, with Growth mindset
\u2022 Developing, designing, and managing the marketing budget.
\u2022 Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
\u2022 On hand Knowledge and experience in optimizing online Ads ( IG, FB, Google,\u2026..etc.)
\u2022 Manage and guide the Customer Support team.
\u2022 Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, such as content creation, paid campaigns, social media, and lead generation campaigns.
\u2022 Scrutinize consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.
\u2022 Enhance the customer journey and experience.<\/p>\n
