The ideal candidate for this position is a project manager with a strong background in real estate. The<\/p>\n

position includes responsibilities locally as well as internationally including, but not limited to, the<\/p>\n

following:<\/p>\n

1. Managing sales and marketing of real estate properties (for rent and purchase)<\/li>\n
2. Managing existing tenants<\/li>\n
3. Managing private equity and public securities funds<\/li>\n
4. Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports<\/li>\n
5. Organizing and updating business assets (documents, licenses, etc.)<\/li>\n
6. Researching real estate trends across Jordan and specific other markets<\/li>\n
7. Identifying new investment opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
