Role Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Making technical contributions to projects under general professional supervision and is accountable for self-contained work.<\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Effective understanding and execution of basic technical activities.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring that all assigned project tasks are delivered within or at the agreed budget.<\/li>\n
• Collecting, compiling, and presenting basic field, literature, and technical data.<\/li>\n
• Interpreting and analyzing basic data and information to inform other team members, under the<\/li>\n
• supervision of higher levels.<\/li>\n
• Preparing reports and other project documents applying standard methods.<\/li>\n
• Participating in regulatory, technical, and third-party consultation as required.<\/li>\n
• Providing support as required to proposal development.<\/li>\n
• Providing administrative support to Project Manager as needed.<\/li>\n
• Maintaining and implement corporate policies and standards and their application on projects,<\/li>\n
• including applying prescribed healthy, safety, and environment and QA\/QC systems to assigned<\/li>\n
• tasks.<\/li>\n
• Maintaining fee-earning utilization at agreed level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications & Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • A Bachelor's\/Masters\u2019 degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.<\/li>\n
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience as a structural engineer for both concrete and steel structures \u2013 analysis and design.<\/li>\n
  • Understanding engineering principles, basic structural analysis, and design concepts.<\/li>\n
  • Sound knowledge of applicable local and international codes and standards.<\/li>\n
  • Work experience either within the Middle East or in the design of Middle East projects.<\/li>\n
  • Experience with technical design software (Etabs, SAP, SAFE,\u2026)<\/li>\n
  • Revit Structure Proficiency.<\/li>\n
  • Prepares AutoCAD and Revit engineering drawings for structures.<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of technical reports.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.<\/li>\n
  • Highly motivated individual, who works independently and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Organized, and methodical with highly developed planning skills.<\/li>\n
  • A desire for gaining knowledge and developing professionally. A team worker and willing volunteer for projects\/tasks.<\/li>\n
