JOB PURPOSE: <\/p>\n

Develop & implement technical solutions for process improvement and different engineering projects for procurement and manufacturing.<\/p>\n

  Output 3D model and CAD drafts\/ manufacturing drawings.<\/p>\n

  • Design Machinery Upgrades.<\/li>\n
  • Design Machine Parts.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers.<\/li>\n
  • Provide Technical Support to requestor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Equipment transfers & Modifications.<\/p>\n

    • Ensure a smooth and supported equipment transition to FPI. other manufacturing companies.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare the necessary documentation for equipment transition.<\/li>\n
    • Handle Equipment Inquiries.<\/li>\n
    • Design and improve machines and machine parts.<\/li>\n
    • Supervise the upgrading and building of new equipment and systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Training and reporting <\/p>\n

      • Provide the necessary training, and support for assigned projects.<\/li>\n
      • Verify & Commission outside manufactured components.<\/li>\n
      • Prepare operating \/ troubleshooting manuals for new projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.<\/li>\n
        • Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks.<\/li>\n

            Required Qualifications:<\/p>\n

            • Bachelor\u2019s Degree of Engineering – Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Preferred Experience:<\/p>\n

              • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in engineering and manufacturing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Job-Specific Skills:<\/p>\n

                • Knowledge of main plant items (compressors, pumps, gearboxes, cranes, etc.)<\/li>\n
                • Ability to read hydraulic\/ pneumatic drawings, standards and codifications<\/li>\n
                • Knowledge of all workshop tools (handling sets, welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, turning, shaping etc.)<\/li>\n
                • Knowledge of all equipment used for machine erection<\/li>\n
                • Ability to use all measuring tools (Callipers, Tapes, Levelling tools, etc.)<\/li>\n
                • Ability to assess the budget price for the projects & machineries.<\/li>\n
                • Ability to design the equipment in low cost & less maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
