Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n
• Work with all functional business areas to develop and maintain a BCM program that addresses business recovery and emergency response management.<\/li>\n
• Support and assist in the development of BCM program planning and goals<\/li>\n
• Conducts risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing the potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breaches, legal claims, and market disruptions.<\/li>\n
• Develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in natural disasters cybersecurity incidents.<\/li>\n
• Identifies and implements recovery operations and methods to allow organizations to function at limited or partial capacity part or all of the infrastructure is damaged or destroyed.<\/li>\n
• Creates and facilitates practice drills for plan execution.<\/li>\n
• Develops and provides staff training on risk assessment and disaster recovery.<\/li>\n
• Facilitate and support the execution of the plans at the time of a crisis event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, ICT, IS or similar programs.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience.<\/li>\n
  • Experience with security and risk frameworks<\/li>\n
  • Experience working in preparing national critical infrastructure standards.<\/li>\n
  • Working knowledge of international, national and industry specific cybersecurity frameworks and standards.<\/li>\n
  • Strong knowledge and use of GRC platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Hold Information Security, Governance and Risk Management recognized certification such as but not limited to ISO, 27001, ISO 22301, BS 11200:2014 in Crisis management, COBIT5, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM and ITIL.<\/li>\n
  • Strong project management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Strong ICT continuity management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Strong problem management and analysis skills.<\/li>\n
  • Willingness to gain new and advanced knowledge with self-learning capabilities.<\/li>\n
  • Willingness to share knowledge\/expertise and assist others supporting common goals and strategies.<\/li>\n
  • Exhibit team building, team participation, and a growth mindset.<\/li>\n
  • Strong ability in reporting and presenting to top management.<\/li>\n
  • Strong project and time management skills supporting multiple tasks and projects of varying scope and scale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
