A high growth digital asset trading business have an exciting newly created opportunity for a CFO to be based in Dubai and support their expansion into the Middle East.
Your Responsibilities
The Financial Controller serves as the head of financial control of the organization and in partnership with senior management is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the company
Monthly review and evaluation of entire book keeping schedules ensuring they comply with professional standards, IFRS and company policies
Preparation of the accounting policy and procedure manual
Preparation of the annual financial statements
Critical review of findings or significant areas in the financial reports – raise questions involving accounting principles, auditing standards, accounting standards, tax regulations and firms polices
Your Qualifications
Fully qualified finance professional (CA\/CPA\/ACCA)
Minimum 8 years experience
Crypto\/Fintech\/Digital Asset trading industry background. A strong understanding in this industry is essential
All rounded experience across financial planning and strategy, financial control, driving profitability, process improvements, tax and corporate finance
Arabic speaker is essential
Excellent communication \/ business partnering skills is essential
