Company
Our client is an international payment services company. They are currently looking for an Info Security Officer to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Monitor the organization's networks for security breaches and investigate a violation when one occurs.<\/li>\n
• Secure implementations of Prevention tools and system to mitigate, Vulnerabilities such as Ransomware attacks, DOS\/DDOS, Phishing Emails etc.<\/li>\n
• Install and use Security software's, monitor logs for firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information.<\/li>\n
• Prepare reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches.<\/li>\n
• Conduct penetration testing on Applications, Web Services, API's Internally and Externally , and analyze by simulating attacks to look for vulnerabilities in the systems before they can be exploited.<\/li>\n
• Research the latest information technology (IT) security trends<\/li>\n
• Help plan and carry out an organization's way of handling security<\/li>\n
• Develop security standards and best practices for the organization<\/li>\n
• Recommend security enhancements to management and Infrastructure Manager<\/li>\n
• Hardening process and enforcement to Critical systems of business such as Database Application servers , Web Servers etc.<\/li>\n
• Awareness of users when they need to learn about new security products and procedures<\/li>\n
• Ability to review security technologies for non-compliance to corporate security policies<\/li>\n
• Implementation Experience of CISM & ISO 27001<\/li>\n
• Thorough knowledge of PCI DSS and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n
• Design the Risk Management process and Asset impact Analysis.<\/li>\n
• Managing and supporting user facing security technologies (MDM, Endpoint Security Technologies, Single Sign on tools)<\/li>\n
• Reviewing and prioritizing vulnerability scan data.<\/li>\n
• Analyzing and correlating security events collected from user facing systems.<\/li>\n
• Identifying, Collecting and Analyzing security relevant logs for reporting and compliance purposes<\/li>\n
• Conduct Security Awareness Sessions for all Departments ensuring the Security standards being applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • A Min of 5 to 6 Years of Experience in relevant field<\/li>\n
  • Professional information security certification<\/li>\n
  • Enforce Security Standards and Policies and create documents as required. <\/li>\n
  • Security Certifications Preferred: CCNP Security, CISSP Security+, CEH<\/li>\n
  • Relevant Experience as Information Security Officer is a Must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
