Roles & Responsibilities <\/p>\n

\n
• Coordination with Vendor and Forwarder for shipment handling<\/li>\n
• Negotiate with Freight forwarder to optimize cost and overall lead time of delivery<\/li>\n
• Preparation of Shipping related documents<\/li>\n
• Preparation of Shipping related shipping documents<\/li>\n
• Coordination with 3rd party warehouse to maintain the control on overall inventory<\/li>\n
• Inventory count and reconciliation<\/li>\n
• Insurance related claims<\/li>\n
• Internal coordination with warehouse, Project team<\/li>\n
• Verification of Physical goods with vendor invoice or packing list<\/li>\n
• Verification of physical goods with sales invoice, packing list<\/li>\n
• Responsible for all project related shipments handling, documentation, coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.<\/li>\n
    • 2+ years of experience in logistics management required.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
