product availability and order products as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Maintain work area sanity to ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.<\/li>\n<li>Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products to ensure food freshness and fit for consumption.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all equipment in the kitchen is properly maintained and in working order to ensure workers safety.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all products are prepared in a consistent manner and meet departmental appearance\/quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures proper purchasing, receiving and food storage standards in the kitchen to ensure high quality food used in preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Follows and enforces all applicable safety procedures specified for kitchen and food servers to ensure their safety.<\/li>\n<li>Frequently reviews the final product to ensure quality and presentation standards before serving it to the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with the team on supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing to control budget and reduce waist.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates between HQ Cafeteria and Daimeh Eatery to supply all shortage items.<\/li>\n<li>Follows up with HQ Cafeteria and Daimeh Eatery regarding the quality of food to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Establish production and staff schedules to ensure that there is sufficient help at all times and ensure the timely delivery of food services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Self-Management:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the role<\/li>\n<li>Sets performance goals in the beginning of the year after discussion with the Senior Human Resources Manager and ensures those goals are achieved during the course of the year<\/li>\n<li>Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the line manager to ensure that the required training is arranged and attended<\/li>\n<li>Ensures detailed and accurate documentation and reporting relating to the requirements of the function.<\/li>\n<li>Manages, prioritizes and organizes self, relating to additional tasks requested by Function Management to support the Foundation achieve its business plan.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>Upholds the code of conduct and PSEA-related policies to ensure adherence to HR policies<\/li>\n<li>Actively participates in SEA-related trainings and awareness-raising efforts, including support for
