2. Manage reporting and analysis of sales data to drive listing improvements<\/li>\n
3. Report and analyze Key Performance Indicators and category performance on a weekly basis <\/li>\n
4. Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.<\/li>\n
5. Manage Development company (Website & Mobile App) workload<\/li>\n
6. Monitor order status, shipping etc.<\/li>\n
7. Maintain integrity of product Catalog and make updates.<\/li>\n
8. Complete competitive analysis on how competitors are promoting products and programs on their digital platforms within the market<\/li>\n
9. Manage customer retention and loyalty programs<\/li>\n
10. Reviewing website analytics to determine which products are most popular or what factors may be influencing customer behavior<\/li>\n
11. Manage product types, categories, names, SKUs, attributes, descriptions.<\/li>\n
12. Handle CMS\/content updates, image uploads, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Candidate requirements:<\/p>\n

    \n
    1. Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, or Business, with 3+ years of direct experience in E-Commerce sales<\/li>\n
    2. Experience in managing E-Commerce Marketing campaign.<\/li>\n
    3. Prior experience with Magneto sites is a plus.<\/li>\n
    4. Prior experience in perfume, Makeup & accessories is a plus.<\/li>\n
    5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n
    6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    7. Excellent skills in MS. Excel<\/li>\n
    8. Good command in English is a must (writing and speaking)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
