Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Design and perform formulation experiments for development of stable formulations for liquid and solid dosage forms and are in compliance with general Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
\u2022 Evaluate existing literatures, patents and develop non-infringing formulations for new products.
\u2022 Conduct physical and chemical studies. Chemical Studies are to be organized with R&D analytical department to finalize formulation trials.
\u2022 Develop manufacturing processes for R&D formulations so that the technology transfer is successful for large-scale batches.
\u2022 Participating in the design of pre-formulation, optimization, and performing small-scale trials and scale-up batches.
\u2022 Write\/review product development reports, batch records, process validation protocols and reports, method validation protocols and reports, method transfer protocols and reports, SOPs etc.
\u2022 Document all the product development activities in assigned laboratory notebooks. Manage multiple development projects and develop formulations in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
\u2022 B.S. and \/or M.S. degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemical Engineering.
\u2022 0-2 years of experience, all interested candidates will be taken into consideration.
\u2022 English language: very good writing and conversation skills.
\u2022 Computer: Excellent in MS office, Outlook, and Excel.
\u2022 Hands-on experience with product processing and characterization equipment is a plus.

Skills Required:
\u2022 Experience with solid and lipid formulation development.
\u2022 Basic Knowledge of both pharmaceutical products and R&D technical operations functions is preferred.
