Accounts Payable Accountant to join them. <\/p>\n

Roles & Responsibilities\u202f:<\/p>\n

\n
• Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures<\/li>\n
• Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment<\/li>\n
• Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files<\/li>\n
• Type periodic reports and other records<\/li>\n
• Obtain proper information and\/or data regarding invoice payments<\/li>\n
• Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers<\/li>\n
• Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures<\/li>\n
• Reconcile bank statements<\/li>\n
• Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping<\/li>\n
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure services were received before issuing payment to vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • At least 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n

  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.<\/li>\n
  • Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualification:<\/p>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.<\/li>\n
    • SAP preferred<\/li>\n
    • Advanced excel knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
