• The primary focus of the role will be to assign and oversee a wide variety of workshop tasks, helping to achieve workshop financial objectives. To ensure and monitor technicians meet utilization, productivity and efficiencies targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What you will do: <\/p>\n

  • Supervise and assist in daily Technician activity.<\/li>\n
  • People Management responsibilities including assigning daily duties to technician. <\/li>\n
  • Conduct performance Appraisal for reporting staff.<\/li>\n
  • Maximize technician work identification. <\/li>\n
  • Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety regulations and practices.<\/li>\n
  • Measure and report effectively all departmental activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
