\u2022 Analyze and define information and technical needs.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Formalize scope and deliverables for technical process and changes.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Execute the deployment and localization of the global IT system solutions.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions. Perform troubleshooting and solving issues as they occur in day-to-day business<\/p>\n
\u2022 Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.<\/p>\n

5 years of experience, particularly in system development and related projects implementation, and business experience.<\/li>\n
University degree in Computer Science or Information Systems<\/li>\n
Experience in Project Management and service management.<\/li>\n
Database Management<\/li>\n
Good command of written and spoken English is a must<\/li>\n
Experience in ITIL and Agile frameworks are a plus<\/li>\n
Troubleshooting analysis & problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
Experience with providing daily support for the servers, applications, or the web services<\/li>\n
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources<\/li>\n
Work with stakeholders to coordinate the review and provide assurance of deliverables<\/li>\n
