Based in Dubai Marina, the Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering payroll, benefits, leave administration and enforcing company policies and practices.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/p>\n
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues<\/p>\n
3. Experience implementing Employee Wellness programmes<\/p>\n
4. Drafting Standard Operating Procedures<\/p>\n
5. Manage the recruitment and selection process<\/p>\n
6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation of employees<\/p>\n
7. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the company<\/p>\n
8. Nurture a positive working environment<\/p>\n
9. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance<\/p>\n
10. Maintain pay plan and benefits program<\/p>\n
11. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs<\/p>\n
12. Report to management and provide solutions supported through HR data<\/p>\n
13. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management<\/p>\n

1. Over 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar HR Management role<\/p>\n
2. Real Estate experience<\/p>\n
3. Experience in a leadership role<\/p>\n
4. Ability to build consensus and relationships among staff, managers and business partners<\/p>\n
5. Excellent communication skills<\/p>\n
