  • Hire & Train and supervise the staff <\/li>\n
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations <\/li>\n
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives <\/li>\n
  • Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales <\/li>\n
  • Maintain safe working conditions <\/li>\n
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment <\/li>\n
  • Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Duties\/Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

    • Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. <\/li>\n
    • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. <\/li>\n
    • Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner. <\/li>\n
    • Ensures compliance with beverage regulations. <\/li>\n
    • Estimates food and beverage costs. <\/li>\n
    • Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies. <\/li>\n
    • Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. <\/li>\n
    • Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance, schedules for service. <\/li>\n
    • Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus. <\/li>\n
    • Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts. <\/li>\n
    • Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the regional manager. <\/li>\n
    • Performs other duties as assigned. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
