Position Purpose:<\/p>\n

To set up and be accountable for the delivery of the design brief and site execution for each project,<\/p>\n

managing the designers&#39; team and working with the Construction manager to ensure that the execution<\/p>\n

is adhered to for all new restaurant construction, existing restaurant remodeling, and major expansion<\/p>\n

projects.<\/p>\n

Accountable for all real estate activities. Partners with the Construction Manager to optimize PLACE and<\/p>\n

to align goals with Corporate strategies, enhancing customer experience, convenience, and relevance by<\/p>\n

optimizing the marketplace through new site development and the existing real estate portfolio, while<\/p>\n

maximizing system profits, regional income and return on investment.<\/p>\n

The applicant must fulfil the following requirements:<\/p>\n

– Advanced University Degree in Architectures engineering.<\/p>\n

– Minimum 8 years of experience in Design and\/or Real Estate.<\/p>\n

– Minimum 3 years in a Managerial Level.<\/p>\n

– Excellent negotiation skills to persuade and influence others.<\/p>\n

– Ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules.<\/p>\n

– Strong analytical and project management skills.<\/p>\n

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.<\/p>\n

– Fluent in Arabic and English.<\/p>\n
