JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for maximising our sales potential for the products in UAE, opening new doors for the company, crafting sales plans, and justifying these plans to the Senior management. To meet our customer\u2019s acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.<\/p>\n

Principal Accountability:<\/p>\n

\n
• Create new leads to achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.<\/li>\n
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures the continuity of Its strong presence.<\/li>\n
• Establish collaborative relationships across and beyond your own area in order to maximize the business' performance and share best practices.<\/li>\n
• Growing the revenue & gross margin as per the company targets plans<\/li>\n
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take an action to address satisfaction issues in a prompt manner.<\/li>\n
• Specify our product with the consultants by adding our brand\u2019s name to the vendor lists.<\/li>\n
• Providing these customers with technical product support evaluating their project needs and specification.<\/li>\n
• Establish good rapport with the customers and maintain the company's image.<\/li>\n
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.<\/li>\n
• Reporting on a regular basis to the management.<\/li>\n
• Follow up on payments collections (if there are any payment issues).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Minimum Requirement (Knowledge Skill and Experience]<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university.<\/li>\n
  • With technical know-how about the product.<\/li>\n
  • With 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.<\/li>\n
  • With good communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Fluent In the English Language (read, write, speak); the Arabic language is an advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Adept knowledge Of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel & PowerPoint).<\/li>\n
  • With UAE Driving License.<\/li>\n
  • With a good network of MEP Contractors\/ Consultants In UAE.<\/li>\n
  • Must have customer data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
