Role Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Implementing the accounting system; ensuring the accurate flow of financial documents, reports and keeping accounting books, as well as providing the necessary reports and information as required<\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Verifying and calculating all purchasing invoices and submitting payables at suppliers\u2019 accounts after checking their accuracy and conducting fixed assets verification<\/li>\n
• Performing reconciliations; accruing and recording interest receivable and payable; preparing standard quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.<\/li>\n
• Handling accounts payables and accounts receivable, and handling general ledger accounting according to the generally accepted accounting principles<\/li>\n
• Conducting follow up on the daily cash flows and checking that they are correct and ensuring that every entry has been entered correctly<\/li>\n
• Following up on receiving all receivables on daily basis and reconciling against bank deposits<\/li>\n
• Analyzing payroll account on monthly basis and making sure that cash are submitted at employees\u2019 bank accounts<\/li>\n
• Supporting the weekly and monthly financial closing activities and ensuring deadlines are met with compliance to all statutory requirements<\/li>\n
• Identifying, reporting, testing, resolving and implementing system problems, enhancements, and upgrades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Education and\/or Work Experience Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field<\/li>\n
  • Three years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge in accounting (local and international) principles<\/li>\n
    • Good command in English Language<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge in Social Security Principles and tax laws (income and sales)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
