• lead all activities of software development; sets attainable goals to team members in order to meet delivery timelines, provide guidance to team members to encourage work productivity; ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed.<\/li>\n
• The HSD represents the software department in meetings; participates in design control activities; monitors and analyzes software requirements; implements design plans, reviews unit tests; documents software development; monitors the status of developing software; reviews and revises product requirements and specifications; and provides technical support to other company departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Duties<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  • Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications<\/li>\n
  • Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Keep up to date with the latest development technologies<\/li>\n
  • Hire and train new developers and QC staff<\/li>\n
  • Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards<\/li>\n
  • Ensure proper documentation for the products<\/li>\n
  • Implementing methods to inspect and test products<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards<\/li>\n
  • Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Competencies For This Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, CIS, MIS, or related majors.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in a software development role.<\/li>\n
    • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work skills.<\/li>\n
    • Making Decisions and Solving Problems: Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.<\/li>\n
    • Developing and Building Teams: Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.<\/li>\n
